Navigating MSBSD

The Mat-Su Borough School District covers a 25,000 square mile area, larger than the state of West Virginia. We are proud of the diverse communities, landscape, and unique educational experiences made possible by this amazing place. However, with a district of this size, it may be hard to navigate on a day-to-day basis. MSEA has compiled some of the most important resources for you to use.

Advocacy

Participating and monitoring our local school board meetings are an essential part of our advocacy program. Whether you testify or not, just tuning in will help us keep tabs on changing District priorities, important decisions, and contract negotiations. Use the link below to watch and participate.

Your Rights

MSEA bargains collectively for the salary, benefits, and workplace rights of our members. It is important that you know your rights and can access support if you feel the contract has been violated.
